We are a community-driven initiative dedicated to building a masjid that serves the spiritual, educational, and social needs of our diverse community. Our proposed plan includes a prayer hall for both men and women, an administration office, and educational facilities for children and adults. With a clear focus on providing a welcoming environment, we aim to create a space where faith and learning thrive. Join us in making this vision a reality.
Our History

All praise is for Allah alone, the Lord of all creation.
Alhamdulillaah, we at Salafi Center Nigeria have been established in Lagos State, Nigeria for many years now striving to connect Nigerians with the Scholars of the Salafi Da’wah and their Students.
Over the past years, through some of our respected teachers, we have sought advice from ‘Ulemaa’ such as al-‘Allaamah Rabee ibn Haadee al-Madkhali (حفظه الله), al-‘Allaamah Ubayd ibn Abdullaah al-Jaabiree (رحمه الله) and others.
Alhamdulillaah, we are regularly in touch with Mashaayikh and the well-known students of knowledge, and when possible we have had tele-links and lessons with them, including the likes of Shaykh ‘Abdullaah adh-Dhafiri, Shaykh ‘Arafat al-Muhammadi (حفظهم الله) as well as our beloved Shuyookh and teachers from the West: Shaykhs Abu Khadeejah, Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafeeq, Dr. Abdulilah Lahmami, Abu Idris, Uwais at-Taweel and Kashif Khan (حفظهم الله).
Following the advice of Shaykh Dr. Abdulilaah, we have had regular Saturday lessons since 2013 taught by our teacher, Shaykh Abu Abdir-Rahmaan Uways Taweel (حفظه الله).

- Umdatul-Ahkaam – The Books of Purification, Solaat, Funerals, Zakaat (Ongoing since Shawwaal 1441/2020)
- The Explanation of the Evidence of the Conditions of Lā ilāha Illa Allāh of Shaykh ‘Ubayd Al-Jābirī
- The Explanation of the Conditions, Pillars, and Obligations of Solāt of Shaykh Ibn Bāz
- The Explanation of the Meaning of at-Tāghūt of Shaykh Sālih Al-Fawzān
- The Explanation of Usūl-us-Sittah of Shaykh Sālih Al-Fawzān
Our Journey and Community Activities
Earlier on, we were moving from one location to another because we did not have a place of our own. We even had lessons in our individual cars. By the blessing of Allaah, a few years ago, we were able to rent a place where we will continue our weekly lessons.
As a result, we were able to conduct other classes and activities for the community, including;
- Zakatul Maal Distribution to the needy
- Distribution of Ramadan Iftar Meals and Fidyah
- Distribution of the Masaahif (copies of the Qur’an) to the local Masaajid in Nigeria (over 1200 copies distributed)
- Distribution of Books and Flyers on Tawheed, Aqeedah, and the Manhaj.
- Telelinks with Scholars and students of knowledge
- Arabic Lessons for Adults (Madeenah Books, Sarf, Nahw, etc.)
- Weekly Kids’ Qur’ān and Arabic class.
These activities and lessons have been under the direct supervision and guidance of our beloved Shaykh and teacher Abu ‘AbdulRahman Uways at-Taweel (حفظه الله).
