Project Scope
The Salafi Center Nigeria project is a well-conceived project with the central aim of building a Masjid where the five obligatory daily prayers would be established upon at-Tawheed and following the Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah. The Masjid would also have a center of learning (Markaz) where the correct ‘Aqeedah, Tawheed, Manhaj of the Salaf, Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), as well as the Arabic Language, would be taught based upon the Methodology of the Salaf, bi-idhini Allah.

The Salafi Centre Nigeria (SCN)’s MASJID AL-ALLAMAH ’UBAYD IBN ’ABDULLAH AL-JABIRI project isone with the central aim of constructing a Masjid for the people of the Sunnah in Lagos, Nigeria – where the five obligatory daily prayers would be established, and Islamic knowledge disseminated upon at-Tawheed and in accordance with the Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah, in Lagos State, Nigeria. Upon completion, the aim is to have an all-comprehensive centre for worship and learning, as the Masjid would also have a centre of learning (Markaz) where the correct ‘Aqeedah, Tawheed, Manhaj of the Salaf, Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), the Arabic Language, as well as other Islamic sciences, would be taught based upon the Methodology of the Salaf, bi-idhini Allah.
The project would In Shaa Allah, primarily comprise of:
- A Masjid with a regular capacity of about 600 participants
- Al-Markaz as-Salafi (The Salafi Centre)/School
- A Janazah (Funeral) Area
